MANIAX Axe Throwing Countdown to Knox Giveaway – Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The MANIAX Axe Throwing Knox Giveaway (the "Competition") is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of Australia. Employees of MANIAX Axe Throwing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
2. Competition Period: The Competition begins on 09/04/24 and ends on 06/05/24 (the "Competition Period"). Entries submitted after the specified closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must "Like" our post (@maniax.au) on Facebook or Instagram and fill in their contact details via the form provided on www.maniax.com.au website.
4. Prize Details: The prize consists of a weekly giveaway of Quick Chuck and Date Night vouchers to be redeemed at your local MANIAX Axe Throwing Location. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
The Quick Chuck session includes:
- One Hour of Throwing Power!
- A brief introduction on Safety
- A quick coaching session from our resident Axeperts
- The chance to throw different types of axes.
The Date Night session includes:
- One Hour of Axe Throwing for 2
- A Piping-Hot Pizza to Share
- A Can of MANIAX Beer, Mead or Soft Drink Each
- A brief introduction on Safety
- A quick coaching session from our resident Axeperts
- The chance to throw different types of axes.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place each Monday in the lead-up to the opening of Westfield Knox. The winner will be notified via email/Facebook message and announced on MANIAX Axe Throwing's official social media channels.
6. Prize Redemption: Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition and MANIAX Axe Throwing, without any further compensation.
8. General Terms:
- MANIAX Axe Throwing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
- MANIAX Axe Throwing is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical problems or malfunctions.
- Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- MANIAX Axe Throwing's decision regarding the winner and all other aspects of the Competition is final and binding.
