Manage My Booking

Did you know you can manage your own booking at MANIAX?

Simply create an account to manage your booking, including:

  • Updating the number of guests in your booking
  • Rescheduling your booking*
  • Selecting food options (if applicable)
  • Manage payments

*PLEASE NOTE if the booking is for a Group Package, or a Bucks and Hens Party and is within 5 days, our team will need to directly manage rescheduling requests. Please contact supportcrew@maniax.com.au or call 1300 217 583.

YOUR BOOKING

How To Create An Account
  1. Select your booking venue above
  2. Enter the contact details associated with your booking to receive a verification code
  3. A verification code will be sent via email or text message. This code must be entered to securely complete your account setup.
  4. Your account is now set up!
How To MANAGE BOOKING
  1. Navigate to the ‘My tickets’ tab and select your booking. Then click ‘Edit booking’.
    • TO RESCHEDULE: Click ‘Reschedule’ and select the new date/time. Then click ‘Reschedule X items’.
    • TO CHANGE NUMBERS AND RESELECT FOOD CHOICES: Click ‘Edit qty’ then adjust your numbers, or reselect your food choices.
  2. Proceed through the checkout and click ‘Update booking’ to apply and save changes.

No refunds will be given if participants decrease. You will need to add additional spend through add ons or alternative products to make up the difference.
