We can accommodate groups of up to 100 persons at MANIAX Newstead. Please contact us to arrange large group or corporate bookings. We have 5 group lanes (two targets) and 4 Quick Chuck lanes (single targets) onsite.

Monday: 2pm - 8pm (last throw 7pm)
Tuesday - Friday: 12pm - 9pm (last throw 8pm)

Please note you will be required to adhere to our alcohol policy prior to participation to keep everyone safe. We’re very proud to say that MANIAX Brisbane was the FIRST AXE THROWING CENTRE IN AUSTRALIA to provide our guests with a refreshing alcoholic beverage while you relax and throw an axe.
Hungry? We've got you covered with delicious pizza cooked to order. We also have snacks such as chips, chocolate bars and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase at the venue. We are very close proximity (i.e. 5 min walk) to local restaurants on James St and the Gasworks.

MANIAX Brisbane is located just 5 min walk from James Street in the Valley or the Gasworks at Newstead. If the train is your choice, we're just a 15 min walk from the Bowen hills or Fortitude Valley Train Stations - right amongst the Axe-tion!
How Do I Get There?
MANIAX encourages you to save the world by leaving the car at home and having a few hard-earned drinks with us post your session. Our venue is easy to access via public transport, Ride Share drop off is a breeze and we've got secure bicycle parking onsite.
Arriving by Public Transport:
We are just a quick 15-minute walk from Bowen Hills or Fortitude Valley Train stations, 8 minutes walk from the bus stops on Wickham Street or Ann Street and only 5 minutes walk from the James Street Precinct in the Valley or the Gasworks Precinct, Newstead.
Arriving by Car:
There are timed-ticketed parks in the surrounding streets of Newstead. Please note that there is no on-site car parking when planning your arrival time.
